Considering the run they are both on, it's difficult to envision a scenario that doesn't involve Scottie Scheffler and Jon Rahm battling it out down the stretch on Sunday at this week's Memorial Tournament.

Jack Nicklaus' crown jewel, Muirfield Village, plays host to the ninth elevated event of the season this week (non-major division), and Scheffler, the World No. 1, is off at 6-1 at a number of sportsbooks. Rahm is just behind at +750 at the BetMGM Sportsbook.

Scheffler is currently on a streak of 10 consecutive finishes of T-12 or better, and if you go even further back to the fall, he's finished inside the top 20 14 straight times. Rahm, who won this event in 2020 and was on his way to defending that title in 2021 before withdrawing due to COVID-19, has placed inside the top 15 in nine of his last 11 starts.

Two-time Memorial winner Patrick Cantlay is the third favorite at 10-1, followed by Rory McIlroy at 12-1. Xander Schauffele is 14-1.

Below are the odds for every player in the field at the 2023 Memorial Tournament:
