If you've been betting him strictly to finish in the top 10, Rory McIlroy has been good to you since early March. If you've been betting him to win, however, he's inflicted some serious pain on your pysche.

McIlroy's latest close call came on Sunday at the Memorial Tournament, which he held a share of the lead at after 54 holes of play. Outside of Viktor Hovland and the likes of Scottie Scheffler and Jon Rahm, who were both way back in the pack, McIlroy didn't have much to worry about in regards to being chased down. A two-under 70 would have won it, and a one-under 71 would have gotten him into a playoff.

Instead, McIlroy struggled his way to a three-over 75, finishing four back in a tie for seventh. This week, Rory bettors' loyalty will be tested, as he's a heavy, 4-1 favorite at the DraftKings Sportsbook to win the RBC Canadian Open. It makes sense given he's a two-time winner of the event, and he's coming off back-to-back top 10s. But, this year's RBC is at a course they've never been to before, Oakdale Country Club, so local knowledge and SG/vibes won't help the Northern Irishman this week.

After McIlroy there's a large odds dropoff to Tyrrell Hatton, who is 12-1. Matt Fitzpatrick is next at 14-1 along with Cameron Young and Sam Burns. Canada's own Corey Conners, who missed the cut at Muirfield Village, is 16-1.
